   Lotomore Villa is ideally situated on one acre of prime Nevis land just above the Four Seasons Resort Golf Course overlooking the 14th tee.  Lotomore Villa is at a cool 300-ft elevation above sea level and built on the site of an old coconut plantation and is a superb location for golf lovers!

   Colorfully painted Lotomore Villa is framed by Nevis Peak so one can also enjoy beautiful mountain views, lush vegetation, and the occasional visit by a family of Vervet monkeys. The spacious verandah extends around two sides of the villa and is ideal for relaxing with a cocktail, dining and enjoying the cool breezes, and affords wonderful views of the Caribbean Sea, dramatic tropical sunsets, sailboats in the distance, and night lights of Saint Kitts across the narrows.

   On the main level, there is a comfortable sitting room and fully furnished kitchen. The master bedroom is spacious with a king-sized bed and bath en suite; the guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed with bath en suite. Downstairs is a very private third bedroom with full-sized bed with bath en suite and its own separate entrance.

Lotomore Villa is just a five-minute drive to Pinney's Beach (the most popular beach on Nevis) and the Four Seasons Resort and is just 5 minutes to Charlestown. The villa is centrally located and it is an easy drive to popular restaurants, plantation inns, and all the island activities offered on Nevis (horseback riding, scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing, etc.).
