Sans Souci is a new Lescott built villa, located in Jones Estate, Nevis at an elevation of 120 feet, offering wonderful view of the Caribbean Sea and neighboring island of St. Kitts. With an open floor plan Sans Souci provides an ideal venue for relaxation.
Furnished as our personal residence, Sans Souci is well equipped to provide ultimate comfort and privacy for up to four adults, with three linked pods; the Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom; the Great Room with the kitchen, dining room and lounge; and a guest pod with bedroom, a bathroom and the laundry facilities.
Running the full length of the house, with fabulous Caribbean Sea views, is a 60 foot verandah, paved in the local stone. Half is covered for shade (or the occasional tropical shower) and the other half consists of open areas to sit in the sun under the partial shade of two pergolas located. The 12 x 24 infinity edge swimming pool is located directly off the verandah.

The house is finished using locally produced products. The floors and countertops, and three showers - including an outdoor shower allowing one to take in the views while bathing - are all finished with Nevisian cut stone. Eight feet high, louvered doors face the Sea and allow for an open feeling during the day and let the Tropical breezes blow through at night, giving one a cool, yet secure sleep.

Sans Souci is "eco" friendly with a separate gray water piping system to allow us to recycle of all water from the sinks, showers, dishwasher and washing machine. All appliances are new and Energy Star efficient. A trash compactor is used to minimize the use of plastic trash bags. Hot water is provided by a solar system and high efficiency ceiling fans are used to cool the rooms, although we do have air conditioning in the two bedrooms for limited use. Even the swimming pool uses an Ecosmarte purification system all but eliminating the need for chlorine.
