Yellow Bird Villa is a spacious one bedroom house with open plan living and dining areas, perched above the southern end of Oualie Bay - Nevis, with magnificent views across the "Narrows" towards St. Kitts.
Furnished decks to either side of the house can be accessed from the bedroom, living and dining rooms, providing al fresco mealtimes and afternoon shade. There is a lower pool deck with a 15 ft x 15 ft square pool and steps to the remainder of the mature, tropical hillside garden.

Yellow Bird is well furnished and decorated and accessorized in gentle Caribbean hues and patterns. The bedroom has a king size bed, ceiling fan and views of the sunrise as it appears above Round Hill. The bathroom has a walk in shower and a large closet. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a large island counter, gas stove, refrigerator, deep freezer, toaster and coffee maker. There is ample cookware, crockery and utensils etc. A washing machine is located in the utility room.
An pretty antique Dutch bed can be placed in the living room to accommodate a further adult or even two young children. There is a CD player / radio and lots of holiday reading available. There is also a telephone.

The soft golden sands and warm Caribbean waters of Oualie Beach are a few minutes stroll from the garden gate.
The house is managed locally with a maid service 3 times per week. All guests are met at Newcastle Airport and a few groceries are provided for arrival.
Yellow Birds' style is fun and cozy, superb for couples and honeymooners. Not isolated, but secluded enough for total privacy.

Extra nights based on a pro rata basis at US $260.00, US $215.00 and US $170.00 per night for high, mid and low season respectively.
A 20% deposit is payable, with the balance becoming due 6 weeks prior to commencement.
The owners are able to accept payment by credit card, but have to transact in £ sterling only, which is worked out based on the exchange rate on the day of booking.
All seasons subject to 10% discount for bookings of two weeks or more.
Plus 9% Government Accommodation Tax.
